Databricks is seeking a strategic and highly analytical leader to scale our Partner Strategy & Operations. You will partner with VP-level GTM stakeholders, synthesize data-driven insights, and drive cross-functional programs across Partnerships, Sales, Product, Finance and Legal.

Formación

• 7+ years of strategy & operations experience (e.g. Enterprise SaaS, top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations).
• Ability to own and support GTM stakeholders at VP level.
• Experience with AI/data tools for analysis, visualization, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic business partner to one or more Partner VPs.
• Lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR).
• Define and manage high-impact cross-functional programs end to end.
• Own the operating cadence and provide performance visibility against targets.
• Inform and enhance partner strategy with voice of the field and quantitative analysis.
• Generate deep dives into performance trends with action-oriented outcomes.
• Guide annual GTM planning, fiscal planning, KPI setting, and headcount planning.
