Foneday, a leading parts provider for repair shops across Europe, seeks a remote account manager for the DACH market. You will grow selected customers, strengthen commercial relationships, and drive repeat business from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will work remotely with flexible hours, manage your own schedule, and collaborate with an international team focused on growth. English and German are essential, and prior CRM experience helps you hit targets quickly.

Formación

• Fluency in German and good English communication.
• Experience working remotely and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Own selected DACH customers and grow them through stronger relationships and structured account development.
• Act as the main commercial contact, understanding customer needs and facilitating growth.
• Develop accounts for repeat business, monitor monthly revenue, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Move customers toward higher monthly spend and stronger long-term partnerships.
