Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients, delivering professional support and building lasting relationships from home.

This paid full-time role offers training and opportunities to grow in sales and customer service, with a focus on proactive communication, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration in a remote environment.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction.
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge when handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients across channels.
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms to meet clients' needs while following company policies.
• Support sales administration tasks such as documentation, updating records, and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to boost client engagement and retention.
