Sweetepictravels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries about insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions from a home-based setup.

The role includes outbound telemarketing, data analysis to identify trends, and collaboration with marketing to boost client engagement. Multilingual abilities and HIPAA awareness are valued; flexible remote work is offered.

Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interactions.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills; bilingualism a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information; ability to work remotely.
