• Experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration.
• HIPAA awareness when handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients via multiple channels with great service.
• Manage client inquiries about insurance sales, benefits and general accounts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with clients in line with company policies.
• Support sales administration: processing docs, updating records, tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to spot trends and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost client engagement and retention.
