Sweetepictravels seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary client contact, delivering professional service and fostering lasting relationships from a home-based setting.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a client focus.
• Strong negotiation and communication in multiple languages; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration desirable.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main liaison for clients via multiple channels.
• Handle client inquiries about insurance sales, benefits, and accounts.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify sales opportunities.
