Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients, delivering professional support and building lasting relationships.

In this paid remote role, you will handle inquiries about insurance sales and benefits, process documentation, and help expand client engagement through proactive outreach.

You will work from home with flexible scheduling and opportunities to develop sales and communication skills.

Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales administration and client data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA compliance understanding when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
