Sweetepictravels is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative in Spain to be the primary contact for clients, delivering excellent service across channels from a home-based setup.

You will handle inquiries related to insurance sales and benefits, conduct outbound telemarketing to uncover opportunities, and support sales administration while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Join a team focused on growth, client satisfaction, and effective remote collaboration.

Formación

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication abilities; bilingual is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis for client records.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA awareness when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.

Responsabilidades
