Sweetepictravels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships from a home-based setting.

You will handle inquiries related to insurance sales and benefits, conduct outbound outreach, and support sales administration while aligning with company policies. A proactive, multilingual candidate with strong communication skills will thrive in this role.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a client focus.
• Strong negotiation with multilingual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis of client information.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration desirable.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA awareness when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work remotely with high productivity and organization.
