Prime Insights, a Sweden-based technology company reaching millions of users through our Market Research Panel, seeks a Junior Customer Success Manager to join a global, remote-first team. You will build strong relationships with partners, support clients through our processes, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

You will thrive in a startup-like environment, take ownership, and grow with a focus on gaming and digital entertainment.

Formación

Experience in customer success, account management, sales, support, or another client-facing role preferred.
Background or interest in gaming, mobile games, or digital entertainment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with clients, partners, and teammates.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with team support in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain positive relationships with partners to ensure a great client experience.
Support new and existing clients and guide them through our processes.
Work with data and reports to understand performance and derive insights.
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
Collaborate with different teams to resolve client questions and challenges.
Learn and adapt to company tools, processes, and technologies.
Take ownership of tasks and proactively find solutions when challenges arise.
