Playtomic Inc in Madrid is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Intern fluent in German and English to join our global support team. You will assist international customers in the DACH markets via email and phone, handling inquiries with professionalism.

You will diagnose technical issues, document bugs for the product team, analyze user feedback, and help uphold our service standards and data privacy. This is a full-time opportunity based in Madrid with a passion for sports tech.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
• Based in Madrid, Spain and available for full-time internship.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Care Intern fluent in German and English based in Spain to join our global support team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional assistance to our international customers in the DACH markets through different digital channels.

Customer Support & Communication

Provide expert support through multiple channels (email, and phone) to both sports facility managers and Playtomic app users - in DACH region.

Handle inquiries professionally in German and English

Maintain consistent response times while delivering high-quality solutions

Technical Support & Product Enhancement

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

Document and elevate bugs to our product team

Collect and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements

Quality & Compliance

Follow established service standards and KPIs

Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions

Who you'll be playing with
