Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior CRO Manager to lead end-to-end conversion optimization. Your mission: deliver 15% CRO growth in a quarter by analyzing data, hypotheses, mockups, and implementing tests with engineers. Own performance outcomes and earn rewards for exceeding targets.

You’ll work in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment with a merit-based compensation structure that ties bonuses to KPI targets and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
• Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
• Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
• Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research, hypothesis design, testing, rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that communicate vision and brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor and scaling decisions.
• Document learnings and build a testing roadmap for continuous growth.
• Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders and secure alignment.
