This remote, flexible engagement requires deep experience in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering precise, well-crafted documents across workflows such as redlines, due diligence, and renewal trackers.

The role is fully remote with a commitment of 5-20 hours per week, offering compensation at $100 per hour and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements for AI-related training tasks.
• Produce and refine NDA and vendor-review materials; track obligations and renewals.
• Draft and edit professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with high accuracy.
• Support due-diligence processes and issue lists for AI model training workflows.
