Ethos is seeking experienced contract negotiators to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible engagement welcomes experts with strong drafting and negotiation skills to work 5-20 hours per week, on a schedule that suits you.

You will review and negotiate commercial agreements, perform redlines and diligence, and produce precise summaries and obligation trackers to support AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Redline, negotiate, and conduct diligence-reviewing of documents.
• Prepare negotiation position summaries and obligation/renewal trackers.
• Contribute to AI model training by refining contract-related outputs (docs/spreadsheets/slides).
