Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced people operations and HR professionals to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review materials, ensuring top-notch document craft and precise communications.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement of 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across HR workflows
• Draft and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, offers, and compensation rationale
• Develop HR policy, handbook drafts, performance-review templates, and feedback communications
