Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, is seeking experienced contracts managers to help train its AI workflows. Fully remote, you can work on your own schedule with 5-20 hours per week. Start date ASAP and compensation at $100/hour.

You will review commercial agreements, perform redlining, diligence reviews, and craft precise documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and redline commercial agreements for risk and accuracy.
• Prepare diligence issue lists, memos, and negotiation position summaries.
• Maintain obligation and renewal trackers across contracts.
