This is a flexible, remote position with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour, with potential for additional hours as desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
