Job summary
Lingokids in remote-friendly Spain seeks a Content LiveOps Manager to build the live-ops cadence from the ground up. You will own weekly releases, plan events, and collaborate with engineering, art and design to launch content on schedule.
You’ll analyze performance, iterate on event length and placement, and drive engagement and retention as the platform scales with licensed IPs and family audiences.
Qualifications
- Direct experience running a content release cadence, live-ops strategy, or live-events pipeline, done operationally.
- Comfort with a weekly operating rhythm.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, art and design.
Responsibilities
- Own and run a weekly content release cadence: new games, IPs, content on a predictable schedule.
- Design, plan and run time-limited events as the program matures.
- Define release requirements beyond content: teaser moments, icons, countdowns, in-app announcements; coordinate with marketing, engineering and design.
- Soft-launch new content and games; own the process from ready to live.
- Partner with Content Experimentation to test variables and improve next releases.
- Be accountable for releases landing on schedule with measurable lift in engagement and retention.
