Job summary

Lingokids, a leading kids entertainment platform, is seeking a data-driven PM to own content performance and release strategy. You will decide what content to greenlight, define success metrics, and lead live-ops to optimize paid retention across a remote-first team.

You’ll work with Product, Design, and Analytics to shape discovery and cadence, driving measurable impact. The role requires hands-on analytics (SQL/Amplitude), a track record of data-informed decisions, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven experience as product/PM in games or content.
• Data-driven with a track record of greenlight decisions.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the content portfolio and decide which games/content to greenlight, extend, or retire.
• Set targets for new content: early engagement, repeat play, retention.
• Own content's contribution to paid retention and KPI ownership.
• Lead release cadence and content live-ops planning and execution.
• Keep experiments running with a steady test pipeline.
• Shape in-app content presentation with Product and Design.
• Tell leadership the content performance and next steps.
