Job summary

ADVANZ PHARMA seeks a Commercial Manager CEE/CIS to drive growth and operational excellence across Central and Eastern Europe and CIS markets. You’ll lead launches, integrations and regional optimisation projects, coordinating partners and internal teams to deliver on strategic commercial priorities.

The role offers exposure to pricing, reimbursement, market access, and launch excellence within a fast-growing international pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rx pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working across international or regional pharma markets in commercial, marketing, launch or integration roles.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability including market analysis, forecasting and business case development.
• Experience taking ownership of commercial deliverables and driving initiatives to implementation.
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across countries, cultures and functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product launches, portfolio integrations and regional optimisation projects across CEE/CIS markets.
• Own commercial deliverables and ensure initiatives are executed on time.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans and launch readiness frameworks.
• Coordinate internal functions and external partners to drive projects forward.
• Manage commercial activities for launches, integrations and portfolio changes.
• Build relationships with distribution partners and support performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, reimbursement and portfolio performance.
• Monitor milestones, risks and KPIs with escalation when needed.
• Generate market insights from performance, competition and trends.
• Represent the business in partner interactions and support regional strategy.
