Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Territory Associate to partner with the Clinical Sales Manager, developing expertise in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our da Vinci systems across specialties. The role focuses on early-year training in technical/clinical areas, then shifts toward sales in year two, with opportunities to support a region through demonstrations and selling activities.

The position is a developmental role with high commitment, and requires extensive travel and field

Formación

• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; local language as required.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Able to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Up to 70% travel; field presence as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Case Support: guide and train surgical teams on the da Vinci system.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services: lead technical in-services for customers.
• Selling Activities: support quarterly sales goals via product demos and trainings.
• Customer Support: coordinate events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Administrative Duties: manage reporting, expenses, and online modules.
• Medical Device Consultant: provide guidance on handling Intuitive devices after training.
