Intuitive is seeking a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems across the region. You will become a surgical robotics expert, supporting hospitals and care teams, and leading training efforts to ensure teams use the system effectively.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in medical devices or healthcare sales, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 70% to support regional activities and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in medical device industry support or training or two years of prior healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in sales support or in selling to customers is expected.
• Fluent in English and local language where required.
• Knowledge of Operating Room environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent use.
• Drive utilization by reviewing cases with surgical teams and ensuring consistent usage of the system.
• Expand the user base by engaging hospital staff and key opinion leaders, with support from the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Lead surgical training sessions on system operations and OR integration.
• Provide case support and guidance on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Manage administrative tasks, reporting of sales activities and expenses.
