Job summary

Dexcom seeks a high-energy sales professional to promote real-time CGM solutions across healthcare settings in Cataluña. You will educate endocrinologists, nurses, and primary care physicians on Dexcom products, build strong relationships, and drive market leadership through strategic field activity.

You will travel frequently (75%+ within the region), manage regional spend, and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams to achieve annual goals and deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–8 years of related sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations and promote Dexcom products to clinicians and healthcare professionals.
• Educate physicians and nurses on benefits and details of using Dexcom CGM products.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national congresses of scientific societies.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and manage regional budget/expenses.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams to reach company goals.
