Dexcom is seeking a results‑oriented Sales Specialist to drive growth in a defined territory within Spain. You will present our CGM product portfolio and digital ecosystem to healthcare professionals, aim to position Dexcom as a market leader, and manage sales planning, customer support, and new business development.

Where You Come In
  • You are responsible for successfully presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio as well as the associated digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales
  • You actively contribute to positioning the company as the market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
  • You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, creating sales plans, customer support, supporting diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new customers.
  • You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales and KPI targets of the territory.
  • You successfully use our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your goals in the region.
  • You manage your territory independently and plan your routes, including preparation and follow‑up of visits in CRM systems.
  • You take responsibility for the territory budget by controlling expenses.
  • You plan and independently organize customer events, which you will moderate and/or conduct. You use various interaction methods to create the best possible, needs‑oriented customer experience.
  • You work cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
  • You continuously monitor the market and competitors.
  • You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision‑makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory.

  • You are proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience And Education Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
  • Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry (would be a plus).
  • Experience in both primary care and hospitals.

The annualised base salary for this position is from €49,895.00 to €64,570.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
