Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a high-impact field sales professional in Spain to promote the CGM product portfolio and its digital ecosystem. You will independently manage a defined territory, plan visits in CRM, and lead the charge to meet and exceed territory KPIs.

You have 5–8 years of diabetes/medical device experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to grow market share in primary care and hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry is a plus.
• Experience in both primary care and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Present the Dexcom product portfolio and digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales.
• Contribute to positioning Dexcom as the market leader in CGM.
• Independently manage a defined territory and plan routes in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets for the territory.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet goals in the region.
• Build long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting plans as needed.
