Job summary

Dexcom Spain seeks a high-energy sales professional to drive CGM portfolio adoption and expand the customer base. You will manage a defined territory, plan visits, and deliver targeted events while collaborating with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, plus a solid understanding of digital tools and CRM systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in diabetes/medical devices highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of digital applications and processes.
• Knowledge of medical devices, especially CGM systems.

Responsibilities

• Present Dexcom product portfolio and digital ecosystem to maximize sales.
• Position the company as market leader in CGM.
• Manage defined territory, plan sales, support customers, and acquire new accounts.
• Achieve and exceed territory KPIs and budget.
• Plan routes and visits in CRM, organize customer events.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
