Dexcom, a global leader in CGM, seeks a Commercial Execution & Enablement Manager – Healthcare – Barcelona. You will join the Commercial Excellence team to shape regional enablement, drive scalable execution across EMEA, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Service.

The role focuses on segmentation, account planning, call planning, and omnichannel engagement, translating insights into practical field tools and leading go-to-market transformations with cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of industry experience.
Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Excellence, and enablement.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Commercial Excellence to shape regional enablement and drive scalable execution across EMEA.
Lead development, standardization, and adoption of commercial execution practices across segmentation, account planning, call planning, and omnichannel engagement.
Translate customer intelligence and strategy into practical field processes, playbooks, and tools to prioritize opportunities and guide customer interactions.
Support go-to-market transformations, new field deployments, market expansions, and strategic initiatives across customer strategy, role design, and performance measures.
Identify, benchmark, and scale best practices across markets to accelerate adoption across the region.
