Job summary

Cimpress Open in Spain is seeking a Category Manager to own end-to-end category management for partners beyond Amazon. You will drive launch pipelines, forecasts, and KPI metrics, coordinating across Operations, Product, and Fulfillment to ensure successful product introductions.

This remote-first role requires 3+ years in category management, a data-driven mindset, and strong English communication. Experience with NPI workflows and AI-assisted analysis is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of category management, ecommerce, or related commercial experience.
• Self-starter in a fast-moving, evolving setup with growing scope.
• Data-driven with proactive risk management.
• Proficient using AI tools to accelerate category work; familiarity with Amazon AI tools is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally across Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, Merchandising, Creatives, Advertising, Pricing, Product, Analytics.
• Fluent English required; German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own category management for partners beyond Amazon, end to end — launch pipeline, category forecast, and performance
• Manage NPI operations discovery with Operations for SKU details, specs, feasibility, and fulfillment
• Own and drive adoption of the NPI workflow (pilot to steady-state)
• Build and maintain category-level forecasts (volume, revenue, margin) with weekly granularity
• Support PLM execution and step in when Senior Category Manager is unavailable
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Channel, Operations, Product Owners, Production, and Fulfillment
• Define and supervise category KPIs and flag risks early
• Present category performance, forecasts, and risks to leadership
