Job summary

Molins Spain seeks a Category Manager for local categories to lead strategy development and execution across Molins Spain plants and business units. You will work with Global Category Managers to ensure alignment on strategy, tools and standards, while driving value through local category initiatives.

The role requires strong procurement experience, cross-functional collaboration and fluency in Spanish and English, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience >3 years in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, sourcing, supplier management, and negotiate strategies.
• ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand local business needs; set up specifications and tender documents; analyze supply market and identify potential suppliers.
• Develop local category strategies; align with global guidelines; manage costs, delivery, quality, and sustainability.
• Lead negotiations focusing on total cost of ownership and profitability targets.
• Manage local supplier relations and contracts; drive risk mitigation and process improvements.
