Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a motivated Category Manager to own end-to-end category management for the Racking (Storage) subcategory across Europe and LATAM. You will develop sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class storage solutions at optimal total cost of ownership.

You will report to the Global Storage Category Leader and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and regional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, contract management, and financial analysis.
• Experience leading large, complex negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and driving performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional category strategies for Racking across Europe and LATAM.
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and negotiate terms to deliver best value.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships through ongoing reviews and performance tracking.
• Identify and deliver year-over-year cost savings via negotiation, value engineering and consolidation.
• Monitor market trends, raw material dynamics, and supply conditions to inform strategy.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure supplier compliance with contracts.
