Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing in using Centric Shoppingfeed.
• Ensure merchants understand and leverage all features of our solution.
• Respond to questions and issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with technical support for deeper issues requiring expertise.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships as a strategic advisor.
• Help customers optimize revenue according to business needs and market opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to support product improvements.
• Maintain a low churn rate while driving engagement and growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and value from the platform.
