Job summary

Centric Software is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Centric Shoppingfeed in Alicante, Spain, with a preferred hybrid model (3 days/week in office). Remote consideration may be possible for strong candidates.

You will support merchants, drive adoption, and build long-term relationships across Southern Europe. The role requires hands-on Centric Shoppingfeed experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a background in marketing/eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Centric Shoppingfeed experience required.
• Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Business, Communication, Technology or related field is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing systems in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
• Ensure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to leverage all features offered by our solution.
• Respond to customer questions and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison with the technical support team when customer issues require deeper technical expertise.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust while serving as a strategic advisor.
• Help customers optimize their revenue according to their business needs, industry, and market opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to support product improvements and platform development.
• Maintain a low churn rate while driving customer engagement and growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and maximize the value customers receive from the platform.
