CB Talents SP is seeking a Dutch-speaking Agent to join the Daimler Truck team, providing essential roadside assistance and customer service. The role requires native Dutch and B2 level English proficiency.

This position offers an 8-month contract with productivity bonuses and monthly training sessions. You will be the first point of contact for truck drivers, handling a variety of inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role supports remote work, with occasional on-site nesting in Athens.

Formación

• Previous experience in a call centre or roadside assistance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with knowledge systems and information research.
• Basic understanding of vehicle roadside assistance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
• Accurately create and manage cases within the CRM system.
• Analyze breakdown situations and efficiently dispatch assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and resolve customer issues.

Conocimientos

Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch

B2 level proficiency in English

PC knowledge including MS Office

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
