Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona is seeking a customer service professional to assist Polish and UK-speaking customers with product questions, export/import procedures, and IoT-related support. Training will cover automotive products, apps, and services.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and letter, explain policies, and strive to deliver outstanding customer experience as a brand ambassador. The role offers a hybrid setup and ongoing training in English.

Formación

• C2 level in Polish and fluent English.
• Based in Barcelona with NIE.
• Interviews in English; training in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers: promptly and professionally handling all inquiries.
• Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies to ensure clear, helpful communication.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding service to clients, building rapport and ensuring customers’ needs are met with professionalism.
