Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a multilingual customer service representative in Barcelona. You will handle inquiries in English, Spanish, and German, assist with product questions, IoT apps, and first-level technical support.

This is a 100% on-site role for the first six months, followed by a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates have strong language skills and a passion for technology and cars, with experience in customer service and problem solving.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Spanish with native German proficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona with transition to hybrid after 6 months.
• Customer service experience and problem-solving in tech or automotive sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product portfolio questions and IoT apps.
• Handle inquiries on import/export procedures and first-level technical support.
• Address complaints and strive for prompt, quality resolution.
