Illumina is seeking a Sales Specialist – Arrays for the Mediterranean region, spanning Spain and Italy, with remote work options. You will protect and grow the human and agrigenomics arrays business, manage key accounts, and shape strategic campaigns.

You will collaborate with subregional teams, product management, and other functions to drive long-term revenue, margins, and customer value while maintaining strong relationships with customers and thought leaders across the region.

Formación

• Significant sales or customer-facing experience in genomics or related Life Sciences fields.
• Ability to discuss problems and solutions with customers and prospects.
• Independent and strategically minded with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to give customer-facing presentations.
• Strong team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; SFDC/JDE knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management within the array markets.
• Develop strategic plans for winning new business and building a qualified pipeline including opportunities of $1M+.
• Execute campaigns across human and agrigenomics arrays to win major opportunities.
• Lead by example in campaign planning and regional marketing activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry practices.
• Build long-term relationships with customers at all levels and foster customer focus.
• Provide thought leadership and drive innovative approaches to customer challenges.
• Collaborate with multiple Illumina teams to achieve financial objectives.
