Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Regional EMEAI RSS-Region System Specialist for BSO: Biomolecular Service Organization Cell Analysis and Genomics. You will provide technical solutions, drive productivity, and collaborate with post-sale resources to differentiate our offerings across the region.

The role emphasizes installation, training, and coordinating with regional service teams, with remote work option and extensive travel to support customers globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Biology or equivalent with 5+ years in Cell Analysis/Genomics platform.
• Demonstrated high level of project management skills and ability to work virtually/remotely.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across diverse teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Solve complex system hardware/application problems including installation and training of customized solutions.
• Maintain communication within the platform support community (pre- and post-sales).
• Coordinate with Service and Sales Management to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support BSO: Biomolecular Service Organization Cell Analysis and Genomics region and mentor junior staff.
