Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application support or similar client-facing roles.
• Background in renewable energy project design or geospatial analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, FTP, and API fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for software applications via email, phone, and video calls within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot UI and API issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests and resolutions.
• Educate customers to maximize value from Enverus products.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and communicate progress.
