Windsor.ai is seeking an experienced AI-native sales professional to own the full cycle for $10-60k ACV deals, consolidating self-serve customers into Enterprise agreements and guiding them to connect data to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and their BI stack. This is a 100% remote role with uncapped commission potential.

You will use LLMs for research, account planning, personalization, and follow-up, and collaborate with engineering to feed market insights and new connectors.

Formación

• Fluency with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and live demos.
• Proficient SQL basics (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) and ELT/ETL concepts.
• Hands-on with a data warehouse: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with BI/AdTech tools (Power BI, Looker, GA4, Google/Meta Ads).
• Excellent English; willing to work within ±2h CET.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle for $10-60k ACV deals (demo to close) and consolidate fragmented self-serve customers into single Enterprise agreements.
• Show customers how to get their data into Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and their warehouse/BI stack in minutes, no code.
• Be an AI-native seller: use LLMs across research, account planning, personalization, and follow-up.
• Partner with engineering and feed product with market insight (LLM destinations, write-back actions, new connectors).
