Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a remote, globally distributed team. You will investigate complex issues across a communications platform, including APIs, telephony, analytics, and AI features, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and external partners.

You will diagnose API/webhook issues, assist with CRM integrations, and guide customers with clear, actionable instructions while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role in SaaS/telecommunications.
• Hands-on debugging with APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalated issues across platform integrations and APIs.
• Troubleshoot CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and more.
• Analyze API payloads, logs, and authentication settings to resolve problems.
• Use Postman and dev tools to reproduce and diagnose platform behavior.
• Lead live troubleshooting sessions and explain findings clearly to customers.
