Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a Backend focus to help build foundational platform systems powering AI products. The role involves user management, workspaces, authentication, permissions, and resource access, with work spanning backend services to admin dashboards.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Sales, and engineering teams in a remote-first setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong Python expertise and maintainable backend services.
• Backend experience with scalable systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of software architecture, patterns, and cloud infra.
• Solid testing practices and security fundamentals.
• Experience reading large codebases and coordinating complex systems.
• Technical ownership from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and prioritizing amidst constraints.
• Attention to reliability, backward compatibility, and safe rollouts.
• Structured, analytical problem solving for scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• No fixed degree required; demonstrate ability via projects or GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core platform capabilities for users, workspaces, permissions, and access.
• Improve API keys, login flows, analytics, admin tools, and workspace security.
• Deliver end-to-end features from backend to dashboards and UIs.
• Create reusable authorization and resource-management services.
• Tackle large-scale platform challenges with secure and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to translate feedback into improvements.
• Drive platform adoption with modular, extensible services.
• Plan migrations with minimal disruption to users.
