Job summary

Jobgether, based in Spain, seeks a Product & Engineering Lead to own end-to-end product strategy and engineering for subscription offerings. You will drive tech architecture and development while collaborating with senior leadership to accelerate launches and scale the business.

You will audit infrastructure, lead processes, manage external partners, and establish scalable standards with AI-powered tooling to deliver value to millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical leadership or technical product roles (CTO/Head of Engineering/Engineering Manager/Technical PM).
• Strong web tech/API/databases/deployment knowledge.
• Experience managing external development teams or vendors.
• Proven track record launching digital subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of new subscription products and conversion funnels from development to launch, testing, scaling and localization.
• Audit existing infrastructure, processes, teams, tools, and vendor relationships; implement improvements.
• Lead and optimise development processes: planning, delivery, code quality, releases, standards.
• Manage external DevOps/engineering partners, prioritize, evaluate proposals and ensure delivery quality, budget and timeline.
• Design and evolve scalable platform architecture to support multiple products and markets.
• Make architectural/engineering decisions balancing speed, scale, reliability, and cost.
• Oversee reliability, monitoring, incident management, and production stability.
• Manage recurring billing systems and PSP integrations to improve payment success and flows.
• Own analytics, event tracking, ads pixels, A/B testing capabilities and data integrations for funnels.
• Develop MVPs with AI-assisted development to validate ideas before full-scale build.
• Collaborate with Growth/Analytics to optimize acquisition, cohorts and conversions across Meta/Google/TikTok.
• Work with security teams to strengthen access control and infrastructure security.
• Analyze metrics like conversion, retention, churn, and LTV to guide scaling and optimization.
• Establish repeatable technical frameworks, processes, and launch playbooks.
