Enginy AI, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy and execution for its AI-driven lead generation platform.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, work with engineering, design and GTM teams, and translate user insights into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or tech.
• Strong experience in user research and product discovery.
• Proven ability to own products end-to-end with high autonomy.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, quality, and accountability.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills.
• Background in tech or design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and align it with business and customer needs.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Ensure high product quality, maturity, and scalability.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep the team moving.
• Lead user research and discovery efforts.
• Identify pain points and validate opportunities.
