Join a fast-growing international technology environment focused on delivering innovative B2B solutions and digital products in the iGaming industry. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in expanding global partnerships, acquiring high-quality traffic, and driving sustainable business growth across international markets. You will manage the full affiliate relationship lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new partners to negotiating commercial terms and scaling successful collaborations. Working in a dynamic, performance-driven team, you will use market insights and data analytics to optimize campaigns, improve traffic quality, and maximize return on investment. The role offers significant ownership, combining strategic partner development with hands‑on performance monitoring and business planning. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, attend industry events, and build long-term relationships within the affiliate marketing ecosystem. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys negotiation, data-driven decision‑making, and growing partnerships in a competitive, rapidly evolving industry.

Accountabilities
  • Affiliate relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international affiliate partners through direct communication, industry forums, professional communities, and networking events.
  • Partner acquisition and business development: Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates, affiliate networks, and direct partners to expand the partnership portfolio and strengthen international market presence.
  • Commercial negotiations: Negotiate competitive partnership terms, optimize commission structures and commercial agreements, and identify opportunities to increase the scale and profitability of existing collaborations.
  • Traffic quality and performance monitoring: Track affiliate traffic quality, campaign performance, and agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure partners meet business objectives and deliver sustainable results.
  • Data analysis and optimization: Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and make data‑driven recommendations for improving traffic acquisition and affiliate program effectiveness.
  • Budget management and ROI optimization: Monitor affiliate budgets, assess campaign efficiency, and make informed decisions to maximize return on investment while maintaining traffic quality.
  • Business planning and target achievement: Take ownership of individual performance targets while contributing to the wider affiliate team's business plan and overall commercial objectives.
  • Market intelligence and continuous improvement: Stay informed about industry developments, emerging affiliate channels, and competitive strategies, translating relevant insights into practical improvements to partnership operations and product performance.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Practical experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 iGaming markets, with an understanding of their commercial dynamics and traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships across international markets, from initial outreach to long-term direct collaboration.
  • An established network of active, reliable affiliate partners is a significant advantage.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to negotiate commercial terms, communicate confidently with international partners, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with traffic performance data, campaign metrics, and affiliate reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Experience managing substantial affiliate marketing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and evaluating campaign profitability and return on investment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities, work independently, and consistently deliver against performance targets.
  • Adaptability and a results‑oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and respond effectively to changing market conditions.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work: Work from a location where you feel comfortable and secure.
  • Paid time off: 20 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to public holidays and sick leave.
  • Health insurance: Medical insurance covering access to leading healthcare providers.
  • Mental health support: Coverage for psychological support services through the Pleso platform.
  • Flexible lifestyle benefits: A monthly benefits allowance that can be used for personal interests, hobbies, sports, and other eligible activities.
  • Learning and development: An individual learning budget for courses, workshops, and professional training, complemented by corporate English lessons and access to an online library.
  • Career progression: A structured career development plan supported by performance reviews, mentoring programs, and opportunities for professional advancement.
