Lighthouse is revolutionizing hospitality revenue with a cutting-edge AI platform. You will join our global Revenue team, becoming the face of Lighthouse for strategic, multi-stakeholder prospects in Barcelona.

This senior hunter role carries a significant quota and requires you to build your own pipeline and drive outcomes. You will work with an agent AI infrastructure to prepare, sequence, and recognize patterns so you can focus on high-value relationships, discovery, and closing deals.

Formación

• 5+ years in a closing sales role with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• SaaS experience is essential; hospitality tech is a strong advantage.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve.
• You treat AI tools as a core part of your selling motion.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with ability to sell on value.

Responsabilidades

• You will close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, owning complex cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with a significant quota.
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities across longer sales cycles.
• Leverage AI tools for prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning while maintaining human-led selling.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value messaging and ROI conversations.
• Represent Lighthouse at events and in executive discussions to drive expansion.
