Sixt Spain is expanding its Customer Service team to provide 24/7 support for reservations, rentals, and pick-ups. You will assist customers by phone, email, and video, guiding them through verification and start of their journey while explaining processes in clear terms.

The role requires fluency in German, English, and Spanish and a flexible, customer‑oriented mindset. The position offers a permanent contract, remote work from anywhere in Spain, and a competitive package including telework

Qualifications

• Customer orientation: quickly identify needs and guide customers to a solution.
• Language & communication: fluent in German, English and Spanish; explain processes clearly.
• Digital affinity: comfortable using video calls and digital workflows.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and video 24/7; guide through pick-up process from verification to start of journey.
• Explain processes in video calls; provide reassurance during digital workflows.
• Answer questions on reservations, rentals and pick-ups; assist with finalizing bookings.
• Review customer data and swiftly resolve missing/unclear information.
• Work internationally with SIXT stations across countries to ensure smooth journeys.
• Recommend suitable products and services to enhance the rental experience.
