PSA BDP is seeking a Tender Specialist to manage pricing-based air freight bid offers, coordinating with opportunity owners and internal stakeholders.

You will dissect business requirements, perform yield analyses, ensure proposal quality and on-time delivery, and support pricing governance across global bids.

Strong collaboration with Finance, Legal and Sales teams will be essential to present finalized proposals to upper management for approval.

Formación

• Bachelor's/graduate-level education is required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Business English proficiency.
• Experience in pricing, tender management or procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the planning, organizing, directing and delivery of large-scale global logistic RFQs annually.
• Create in-depth analyses of bids and price/market competitiveness.
• Lead internal bidding preparation and coordinate milestones per bid.
• Define and communicate pricing instructions and rate architecture.
• Ensure quality, time management and project completion.
• Align pricing data with Finance, Legal, HR and Sales for final approvals.
