PSA BDP is seeking a Tender Specialist to manage pricing-based air freight bid offers. You will dissect requirements, coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR and Sales for timely, high-quality proposals, while monitoring yield, risk, and compliance. Strong cross-functional collaboration and language skills are highly valued.

Based in Madrid, the role focuses on global RFQs, performance management, training, and process improvements within a dynamic, diverse team at PSA BDP.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of pricing, procurement or tender management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
• Mastery of an additional language (German, French, Spanish, etc.) desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage planning, organizing, directing and delivery of large-scale RFQs annually.
• Create in-depth bid analyses comparing current standing to initial rounds.
• Lead internal bidding preparation and milestone scheduling.
• Define and communicate pricing instructions and rate architecture.
• Ensure quality, time management and project completion.
• Coordinate input from Finance, Legal, HR, Sales/Marketing for final approvals.
• Maintain pipeline reports and train teammates to use TM tools.
