F5 Networks, Inc. in Spain seeks a Solutions Engineering leader to manage all aspects of the SE team across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta with a focus on technical sales. You will set objectives, delegate work, and ensure the SE organization aligns with F5 goals.

The role requires a BS degree, proven leadership of technical SEs, deep networking knowledge, and strong communication across all levels. You will drive strategy, headcount planning, and customer-focused execution.

Formación

• BS or BA degree required.
• Several years' experience managing technical SEs.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Business Code of Ethics and report violations promptly.
• Manage SE team across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta, including performance evaluations and staffing.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers.
• Partner with management to define headcounts quarterly and yearly ensuring scalability.
• Manage candidate recruitments in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and maintain an effective SE partner plan (PS, support, Marketing, PM etc.).
• Drive Product Requirements and communicate market trends.
