F5 is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the SE team across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta. You will set objectives, strategic priorities, and headcount plans to scale the organization while focusing on technical sales and customer success.

Formación

• BS or BA degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience leading technical SEs in a management role.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to persuade direct reports and others outside the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold the Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Malta, including performance reviews and recruitment.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers for the assigned SE Team.
• Collaborate with management to plan headcount and scalability.
• Coordinate recruitments with HR.
• Ensure effective communication within the department and organization.
• Develop and organize SE structure to meet goals and professional development.
• Maintain SE partner plans with PS, support, Marketing, PM, etc.
• Scale SE organization to meet objectives and plan careers.
• Drive product requirements and communicate market trends to PM/PD.
• Ensure customer focus and drive customer success.
